WHAT ARE THE GUIDELINES FOR SERVICE ANIMALS?                Emotional support animals, or comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under the ADA Guidelines and are not admitted in the venue

Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

Service animals are permitted and admitted into the venue. Each service animal must remain with its owner and be restrained. If a service animal interferes with other guests, corrective action may include rearranging seating or removal of the service animal from the venue.

The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the individual’s disability.

ADA requires the animal to be on a leash, unless physically prohibitive, and under the control of the handler at all times.

The animal must be housebroken; the venue is not responsible for cleaning up after the animal.

Staff can ask service animals to be removed from the premises if the animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it or if the animal is not housebroken. If service animals are removed, they cannot be tied up or left unattended.
