New Venue, Same Soul

The roots of Smalltown for the Cause were planted by both Campout for the Cause and Renewal. These wonderful events and community have led us to a new home in downtown Salida, and the birth of Smalltown for the Cause. Music. Yoga. Community. Salida is a real small town with the character, access to nature and unique personality that fits perfectly with the Bonfire ethos.

Though we had every intention of, and were looking forward to hosting the event at Hutchinson Ranch, conservation easement requirements prompted the shift to a new venue. The City of Salida has embraced the festival with open arms setting the stage for deeper community impact and greater accessibility for attendees.

Smalltown For The Cause remains grounded in its mission to foster music, movement, and meaningful connection—all while giving back to local causes. We are excited to continue supporting The Hutchinson Ranch in their mission to protect their land and keep it away from development. Each ticket includes a small land restoration fee which will go directly to the Hutchinson Family. The festival will contine, as always, to be a platform for grassroots impact, family-friendly experiences, and deep community spirit.
