The event takes place rain or shine. If we need to interrupt programming, stage announcements will be made regarding safety procedures.
Our security team will search all patrons at the front gate.
Smalltown is a cashless event. Bars and Merchandise tents will accept only credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). Food vendors will take cash.
Please be mindful of the neighbors and respect quiet hours.
You may go in and out of the venue. Please be sure your wristband is worn at all times. You will not be able to get back into the venue without your wristband - no exceptions.

There will be no specific event parking in downtown Salida, however, there is a public parking lot located between 1st and 2nd Street, west of G Street. You can also find street parking, but time limits are enforced to ensure space turnover. Please plan to walk, bike, or take the free shuttle from the Campground.
The City of Salida also offers free two-hour parking in the Historic Downtown District. Use the interactive mapping tool “Map ‘N Park” on the website parksalida.com to find free two-hour parking. This tool is also a great way to find ADA parking, oversized vehicle parking, and electric vehicle charging stations during your visit.

Transferring tickets? You can transfer tickets directly in the Tixr app. If your group isn’t arriving together, please transfer each person their individual ticket, or download the PDF from your confirmation email and send tickets separately. Wristbands are non-transferable and valid for one person only for the entire weekend.
Thursday Early Arrival: Gates open at 11:00 am. Welcome Yoga is at 6:00 pm with live music from the Deer Creek Sharp Shooters. Music goes until 10 pm (box office closes at 9 pm). You must have an Early Thursday Arrival Pass in order to attend the Thursday festivities.

No amplified music in the campgrounds after 10 pm.
If you are camping, you may not move your car once parked. If you have an emergency, please alert the event staff.
You must have a festival pass in order to enter the campgrounds.
Thursday camping opens at 11:00 am and closes at 9:00 pm. You will not be able to drive into your campsite after 9:00 pm on Thursday. Gates will re-open Friday morning at 9:00 am.
You must have an Early Thursday Arrival Pass in order to enter the campgrounds on Thursday and attend the welcome festivities.
Campers 17 and under do not need a camping pass, but must be accompanied by an adult in the campgrounds.
Every camping spot will be clearly marked:
Car: 20′ x 20′
Small RV: 20′ x 35′
Large RV: 20′ x 50'Camping passes are per car! If you'd like to camp together, please arrive together.

Bring your mixed recycling and compost to any of the camp waste drop zones
Look for our snack wrapper recycling box at the Center Camp dining tent
Look for proper cigarette disposals within the venue in the smoking section
Bring batteries to any of our camp waste drop zones and look for the “Battery Box”

✅ Personal umbrellas in the event of rain, but must be closed during performances
✅ Point-and-shoot cameras are permitted, but cannot be used to reproduce the event and must not interfere with other fans’ enjoyment of the event. Be present!
✅ Medications and prescriptions. Over the counter medications are allowed. If you bring prescription medication, please bring a valid photo ID that matches the name printed on your prescription.
